| In
the 26 years since our existence, JESEL Inc. has supplied
the automotive and marine racing industry with such
innovations as Shaft Rocker Arm Systems, Camshaft Belt
Drives and Precision Roller Lifters. In fact, you would
be hard pressed to find any engine being built for NASCAR
or the NHRA that's not using JESEL components to control
the valvetrain. JESEL components are the standard by
which others are measured.
Now, we're offering
the V-Twin industry what they have needed for years,
a system that keeps the valvetrain under control.
Without a doubt, one of the weakest points on a typical
V-Twin engine combo has been the valvetrain. With
pushrods in excess of 14 inches in length, over 1
inch of cam lift and spring pressures exceeding 1000
lbs open, the "stock type" rockers just
can't do it anymore. Through years of on track and
in house R&D, we have developed a Rocker Arm System
that is second to none.
Rocker deflection, poor
geometry and pushrod flex are now a thing of the past.
We work under a "spare
no expense" operation at our 110,000 sq. ft.
Lakewood New Jersey design and manufacturing facility.
All parts are manufactured in house on one of our
32 CNC machining centers followed by an intensive
Quality Control inspection process and finally assembled
in a state of the art assembly area. We are constantly
looking for better materials, manufacturing procedures
and finishes. An in-house R&D facility consisting
of 2 Spintron machines, a Superflow Dyno and a complete
Metallurgical Lab insures that we do everything in
our power to supply you with the most reliable valvetrain
components available.
